Refund policy

RETURN POLICY: We are happy to issue a refund for items purchased from us within 14 days of receipt of item. The item must have tags attached and never been worn or washed. The items must be free of pet hair, any scents, stains or damages. Buyer pays all return shipping charges. Returns may take up to 7 days to process.

Discounted items, sale items, items purchased with a coupon, doorbusters, deal of the day, sunglasses, cosmetics, food items, beauty items, jewelry, handbags, pre-orders, mystery items, and freebie items are final sale and can not be returned/exchanged.

Any exchange that needs to be made for sizing must be done within 14 days after purchase. We can not guarantee we will still have the item in your size but if we do not we will do our best to find you something else you love.

To initiate a return, please email hello@thunderandlightningboutique.com. Please include your name, order number and reason for the return. We will then reply to you with how to return the item. DO NOT send back an item without first getting a reply about your return. Items returned without first making contact with us will result in the item being returned to you without a refund. Returns may take up to a week to process. We do not e-email you when received. Please keep tracking for your own records.

***After a 25% return rate has been reached by any customer, store credit will be the only option for returns. Refunds will no longer be processed. You will also be charged a 15% restocking fee once the 25% return rate has been reached. We are a small business trying to keep our prices affordable and due to fees we can no longer continue to accept returns at such a high rate.

***There will be a 15% service charge for any items that need to be returned or refunded because you paid with the wrong type of payment and you would like to repurchase with another form of payment or you need to void your order due to any other reason.
